Day-to-day product configuration and status for MultiPlus-class units, MPPTs, Orion-class DC-DC (e.g. Orion-Tr Smart — illustrative class example, not a must-buy SKU / partner badge), SmartShunts, and more over Bluetooth / VE.Direct.

Remote monitoring for GX systems — portal plus mobile apps. Use the verified store listings below (wrong App Store IDs circulate online).
Toolkit
Field helper (cable / LED reference style tools) — not a substitute for VictronConnect commissioning.
Firmware path (GX / Venus) — OEM only
When the GX has internet, use Victron’s online update flow. When it does not, pull images only from Victron Professional, the official release images feed, or Victron’s published GitHub project — then follow the Cerbo / Venus firmware manuals. Never flash a third-party .swu from a forum drive, and do not download firmware binaries from software.unitedmobilerv.com (we link out; we do not host).
VE.Bus configuration tools
MultiPlus / Quattro deep configuration uses Victron’s VEConfigure ecosystem and assistants. Download tools from the Victron software hub only — UMRT does not mirror installers.

Battery compatibility (LiFePO4)

Cold-corridor honesty: LiFePO4 typically refuses charge near/below freezing unless heated LiFePO4 / integrated heat / BMS charge-gate (generic — no house brand endorsement).
