VictronConnect won't find or won't pair
Bluetooth, VE.Direct, or VE.Smart link issues — start with Victron's own VictronConnect documentation and the current app from the store.
GX / Venus offline or won't update
Online update when the GX has internet; otherwise use Victron-published images from Professional or the release feed — never a third-party .swu.
VRM portal or app blank / not logging
Confirm the GX is online and the site is registered, then use Victron's VRM docs and official apps.
VE.Bus Multi / Quattro configuration
VEConfigure and assistants — tools and manuals from Victron only (we do not host installers).
