United Mobile RV does not sell new KING Connect kits. Deep KING support URLs often 404; the public site is a thin placeholder / liquidation storefront. If you already own an Extend or similar KING hub, we will still diagnose it. For a new cellular path we specify weBoost Certified Installer/Reseller.

When KING software is still useful
Use whatever KING still publishes for your exact model — app, manual, or firmware note — only after you confirm the sticker. Do not flash a “KING” file of unknown origin. Outdoor RF honesty still applies. If the unit is end-of-life and the app is gone, we treat it as hardware triage, not a software upgrade story.
When we migrate you
New cellular work goes through weBoost. Satellite work goes through Starlink. Multi-WAN goes through Peplink.
