Cel-Fi units are carrier-aware coverage products. United Mobile RV is not a Nextivity partner. For new RV cellular work we specify weBoost Certified Installer/Reseller. If a Cel-Fi is already on site, use Nextivity’s published WAVE app and support tree for that model — never a re-hosted package.

When to use Nextivity’s app

Cel-Fi commissioning is usually carrier-locked and app-driven. Use the official WAVE / Nextivity listing that matches the hardware. A unit registered to the wrong carrier, or missing outdoor donor, will not be “fixed” by a random firmware file. Outdoor RF and isolation still apply.

Existing Cel-Fi

Confirm model, carrier registration, and donor. Follow Nextivity docs. We do not unlock carriers or host WAVE packages.

Travel / RV path

Multi-carrier travel is a weBoost plus (often) Starlink conversation. Cel-Fi’s carrier model is a poor fit for owners who change regions weekly.
